Royal Free Radio (previously known as Radio Enfield) has been on air since May 1970 and broadcasts to patients in the Royal Free, Chase Farm and North Middlesex Hospitals, all in North London. On air 24/7, the station has won several prestigious awards. It is now a part of the Royal Free Charity.
